GGPoker and Playground Poker Club Join Hands to Host Online Poker Room

As the competition to gain market share in the online poker industry continues, GGPoker enters a partnership with Playground Poker Club.

After working with the World Poker Tour, this is GGPoker’s second attempt to broaden its horizon via the online route. The operator recently conducted several online and live competitions with the World Poker Tour that shot its popularity to new heights.

Now, GGPoker and Playground Poker Club are trying to reopen a live poker venue licensed under the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. The casino was closed back in 2020 and then temporarily opened for the general public. Playground Poker Club’s live poker venue has been on a hiatus for over 500 days due to the coronavirus outbreak. The company plans to reopen the facility on August 11th.

Paul Burke, GGPoker’s Head of PR, talked about the recent development. As per Paul, the GGPoker team is excited to work with Canada’s biggest live poker room. Entering a partnership with Playground Club Poker can result in a long and productive relationship. Both companies can benefit from the development; that is why both will work hard to deliver the best poker experience to the audience.

GGPoker recently released information regarding the World Series of Poker 2021 Main Event as well. The Road to Vegas satellites events are a big hit among the crowd, so the buzz around the operator is already brewing. The company also released its Platinum community a couple of weeks ago to reward its loyal customers.

GGPoker has already leveraged the growing poker hype in 2021, and the latest news is expected to continue the trend.
